How do you use Les Poochs dog shampoo concentrates?

All Les Poochs shampoos and creme rinses are concentrates, meaning they are intended to be diluted with bath water. Each formula will have it’s own dilution ratio, which will be shown as the amount of water relative to the amount of concentrate. For example, a 14:1 dilution means 14 parts of water for every 1 part of concentrate. Specific dilution ratios can be found on each product page. You should only dilute as much concentrate as you need for that bathing session – do not dilute the whole bottle at once.

How much dog shampoo should I use for each bath?

When diluted as directed, most pet owners use approximately 1–2 cups of diluted shampoo per bath, depending on dog size and coat density. About 1 cup for small dogs, 1.5 cups for medium-sized dogs and 2 cups for large dogs. Heavier or longer coats may require more, while short coats often require less.
