Been using this brand for a while, we have tried many of their shampoos. we love the scents and the way our pups feel/look leaving the salon. Anytime I have to call, their customer service is always nice and welcoming. Would recommend the vip conditioner as that has been our favorite.

I felt like I was a highly valued customer purchasing from this luxury pet company. I could tell that they were confident in their product and they certainly delivered after I spent the day grooming 3 intact males cats with moderate stud tail and they came out wonderfully fresh.
