SECURE ORDERING

While no company can insure that transmission of data over the internet is ever fully secure, we at Les Poochs have taken steps to make your credit card transactions as secure as possible by using the most sophisticated encryption technology. We utilize a Secure Socket layering (SSL), which provides the safest internet transmission of your personal information. When the “http” in the address URL changes to “https”, this indicates you are now in the SSL secure area. You may also note a pop-up indicating that you are about to enter a secure area.

Ordering online is as safe on our site as it is by telephone. However, if you prefer to place your order by telephone, please call between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm EST. Monday through Friday at 1 (800) 745-4512. Please have your credit card information handy.

If you have any difficulty ordering from our web site, please contact us. Les Poochs relies on the accuracy of your information. We are not responsible for customer typographical errors.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards, as well as debit cards bearing the Visa/Master Card Logos. Credit and Debit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. We also accept PayPal and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept personal or business checks.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are sent within the United States only. A $9.98 shipping fee applies to all orders under $100, with free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders received by 2 pm EST Monday thru Friday will be processed within two business days. If you place an order on a weekend or observed holiday, your order will process the next business day. Processed orders are picked up by the carrier Monday thru Friday. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is automatically emailed to the email address provided.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY

Les Poochs unconditionally guarantees its products and, if within thirty days (30 days) of purchase, you are not fully satisfied with any of our products, we will cheerfully accept the return of the merchandise for full credit and pay the shipping. We greatly value your feedback and only ask that you provide us with your comments to help us achieve the highest level of quality. Once the product has been received, refunds will be applied to the original form of payment within five business days.

SALES TAX

  • All orders destined for a New York state shipping address are subject to the New York sales tax applicable.
  • Orders shipping to residents within Orange County, NY are also subject to an additional 1.25% tax.
