Shipping policy

Shipments are sent within the United States only. For pet owners, a $9.98 shipping fee applies to orders under $99, with free shipping on all orders over $99. For pet professionals, a shipping fee applies to all orders and will based on weight and distance. Orders placed by 2 pm EST Mon-Fri are processed within 2-3 business days and ship via USPS Ground (2-5 business day delivery). If you place an order on a weekend or observed holiday, your order will process the next business day. Processed orders are picked up by the carrier Monday thru Friday. A tracking number is automatically emailed to the email address provided.
